Trish Ridsdale
Trish Ridsdale is an experienced Independent Chair and Non-Executive Director, and a specialist consultant and adviser.
I have always been fascinated in how organisations work and what can be done to improve their performance.
I have been fortunate to enjoy an extensive and diverse Executive and Director career.
This has included public company secretary, business risk consulting practice leader, and executive management roles in industrial relations, human resources and internal audit.
My Director journey has provided opportunities to add value to Board decisions and oversight in sectors as diverse as mining, manufacturing, civil engineering, travel, cleaning and hygiene products, complementary medicines, tourism, arts and child health research.
My role over many years as Director educator with the Australian Institute of Company Directors has enabled me to remain current in contemporary governance issues and contribute to the Director journey of thousands of Australians.
