Trish Risdale - Coach ConsultingWe use a coach/consulting style which is targeted, rigorous and challenging and focuses on the issues that are the most important for organisational and individual success. Our goal is to ensure success in the current role and, if appropriate, prepare for succession by providing a safe experienced audience that will test, support, challenge and hold to account.

Coach consulting is a combination of reflective coaching (i.e. encouraging the individual to use their own experience to resolve an issue) and guided coaching (i.e. using also the coaches experience to resolve an issue).
